The CCV shells are made of a Glass and Ciment Composite. Thin shells are fabricated by projection onto moulds that are adapted to the profile of the sewer that has to be rehabilitated.
Field of application:
Inferior part, superior part or complete section of visitable sewers, composed with all types of traditional materials, such as stonework, puddled earth, concrete or reinforced concrete, in the rock etc.
Intended for the transport of conventional industrial and domestic effluents.
Suited for sewer systems when the invert or the cunette is eroded, corroded, non-aligned or shows cavities on the spandrels, on the invert or on the arch.
Suited for sewer systems that slope down steeply or for those that slope gently and show sedimentation.
Other applications are possible.
Dimensioning:
The shape of the prefabricated CCV shells is adapted to the actual profile of the sewers and to the size of the insertion points in the sewers.
